When Charmaine Flood finally achieved her dream of becoming a chef and café owner, she changed direction and chose a career in real estate, and having worked in the industry since 2003 – it has proven to be a positive move.

Following stints in sales and administration Charmaine was appointed Manager of AOK – the self storage arm of the business as well as Senior Administrator at Bay West Hastings.

Charmaine believes Hastings is the ideal combination of rural and coastal living with a strong community spirit with the added benefits of all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

When she’s not reading, fishing, painting and spending time with her family, Charmaine hopes to continue to make valuable contributions towards the growth of Baywest and in particular develop the self storage aspect of the business. 

Sue Frankcombe believes that her 18 years experience in the real estate industry as well as her ability to communicate on all levels is an excellent grounding for her position as Assistant Property Manager at Baywest Hastings. 

As a Somerville resident Sue has watched the area (including Hastings) grow into the ideal place to raise a family, and is particularly impressed with the excellent sporting facilities available.  In her spare time Sue enjoys catching up with family and friends and gardening.  At work however, Sue who joined Baywest in 2007 thrives in her role at Baywest, in which her aim is to provide a high level of consistent and professional service.

Having worked as a property manager on the Mornington Peninsula since 1997, Peter Lamshed brings a wealth of experience to his role at Baywest Hastings.  As Property Manager for the company since 2005 Peter believes he has bought to the role a high level of professionalism, communication skills and excellent customer relations with both landlords and tenants. 

Peter loves the country atmosphere of Hastings and surrounding areas and enjoys football, tennis, carpentry as well as spending time with his grandchildren.

David Nelli has a solid background in both residential and commercial real estate sales and management throughout the Mornington Peninsula.  A local resident with his family, and lover of all sports, David enjoys the lifestyle and people on the Peninsula and has a keen interest in politics and local issues.

David brings a high level of professionalism to his position of sales consultant for Baywest Hastings which he has held since 2003. 

In her position as part time bookkeeper at Baywest Hastings, Kylie Roberts is a valued and experienced member of the team.  Prior to starting a family, Kylie has held positions as Office Manager and Bookkeeper with Baywest since 2003. 

A local resident, Kylie grew up in Tyabb and has lived in Somerville since she was 21.  Kylie loves the way the area has retained its country feel yet is within easy access of the CBD.  Kylie enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, entertaining, reading and theatre.

As bookkeeper for Baywest, Kylie brings a wealth of experience and the flexibility to assist her fellow staff members in any aspect of the business.

When Dayle Wilcox joined Baywest Real Estate Hastings in 2007 her goal was to bring a young fresh approach to the company so her position as sales assistant is perfect! When she’s not spending her leisure time shopping, entertaining and going out with friends, Dayle continues to enjoy her rewarding job where customer service is her priority.  Dayle’s enthusiasm for her work and its exciting location continues to make her a vital and vibrant member of the Baywest Hastings team.

For Brad Wilcox the seaside village atmosphere, wineries and rural surrounds of Hastings are just some of the things that he loves about his work.  And with 10 years experience in the industry and 30 years living on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, it’s no wonder he loves what he does! In his position as Sales Manager at the Baywest Hastings office Brad hopes to utilise his experience, dedication and commitment to bring a higher level of service to his clients.

Having worked in all areas of real estate including sales, administration, management, industrial and commercial Brad’s expertise is second to none.  And when he names “houses” as one of his loves (as well as football and fishing), his passion for real estate is clearly genuine!

When Erin Barnes joined Baywest Real Estate in May 2004, it was the perfect opportunity to remain in the town where she grew up.  Now living in Hastings with her fiancée Erin loves the community feel and country lifestyle of Somerville and surrounding areas.  Having watched the area grow and flourish, Erin is dedicated to bringing a pleasant professionalism to her position in administration at Baywest.  When Erin is not busy supporting the sales and rental divisions of the company she loves spending time with family and friends, socialising and shopping.

Gary Barnes has watched Somerville grow from a small country town into a thriving community in which he has lived and raised his own family for 25 years.  And with over two decades in the real estate industry he has contributed a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as co-owner of Baywest. Always kept busy with three adult children and five grandchildren, Gary loves to socialise and network with family and friends and is a staunch supporter of local sport. In his role at Baywest Gary derives satisfaction from dealing with people and matching buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcome for everyone involved. 

Wayne Bourke who has been with Baywest since inception believes that as well as his 10 years real estate industry experience, ‘honesty’ is a major strength in his position as Area Manager.  Wayne who lives in Somerville and loves its diversity is also a keen football fan.

Elisha Page knows Somerville and knows real estate.  Having lived in the area all her life and with six years experience at Baywest Elisha is a valuable member of the Somerville office team.  Elisha started with Baywest as a receptionist and moved through the ranks as a Property Manager, then to Accounts and to her current position as Office Manager.  Elisha’s goal is to bring a strong work ethic and professionalism to her role and to the company.  Elisha loves socialising and exercising in an area she loves for its diversity and community feel.

Kristy Williams brings to her position at Baywest over ten years of property management experience. Since joining the company in 2006, Kristy has adopted a strong work ethic and believes her professional and diligent approach provides the highest quality service to both landlords and tenants alike.  Kristy loves the diversity of Somerville and surrounding areas and in her spare time loves shopping, swimming and reading.
