When Charmaine Flood finally achieved her dream of becoming a chef and café owner, she changed direction and chose a career in real estate, and having worked in the industry since 2003 – it has proven to be a positive move. Following stints in sales and administration Charmaine was appointed Manager of AOK – the self storage arm of the business as well as Senior Administrator at Bay West Hastings. Charmaine believes Hastings is the ideal combination of rural and coastal living with a strong community spirit with the added benefits of all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. When she’s not reading, fishing, painting and spending time with her family, Charmaine hopes to continue to make valuable contributions towards the growth of Baywest and in particular develop the self storage aspect of the business. |

Sue Frankcombe – Assistant Property Manager

Sue Frankcombe believes that her 18 years experience in the real estate industry as well as her ability to communicate on all levels is an excellent grounding for her position as Assistant Property Manager at Baywest Hastings. As a Somerville resident Sue has watched the area (including Hastings) grow into the ideal place to raise a family, and is particularly impressed with the excellent sporting facilities available. In her spare time Sue enjoys catching up with family and friends and gardening. At work however, Sue who joined Baywest in 2007 thrives in her role at Baywest, in which her aim is to provide a high level of consistent and professional service. |

Having worked as a property manager on the Mornington Peninsula since 1997, Peter Lamshed brings a wealth of experience to his role at Baywest Hastings. As Property Manager for the company since 2005 Peter believes he has bought to the role a high level of professionalism, communication skills and excellent customer relations with both landlords and tenants. Peter loves the country atmosphere of Hastings and surrounding areas and enjoys football, tennis, carpentry as well as spending time with his grandchildren. |

In her position as part time bookkeeper at Baywest Hastings, Kylie Roberts is a valued and experienced member of the team. Prior to starting a family, Kylie has held positions as Office Manager and Bookkeeper with Baywest since 2003. A local resident, Kylie grew up in Tyabb and has lived in Somerville since she was 21. Kylie loves the way the area has retained its country feel yet is within easy access of the CBD. Kylie enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, entertaining, reading and theatre. As bookkeeper for Baywest, Kylie brings a wealth of experience and the flexibility to assist her fellow staff members in any aspect of the business. |

And with 10 years experience in the industry and 30 years living on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, it’s no wonder he loves what he does! In his position as Sales Manager at the Baywest Hastings office Brad hopes to utilise his experience, dedication and commitment to bring a higher level of service to his clients. Having worked in all areas of real estate including sales, administration, management, industrial and commercial Brad’s expertise is second to none. And when he names “houses” as one of his loves (as well as football and fishing), his passion for real estate is clearly genuine! |

Always kept busy with three adult children and five grandchildren, Gary loves to socialise and network with family and friends and is a staunch supporter of local sport.
